Another 24 hours for me please. Day 3 again for me today but I'm here sober and wanting to remain so. That's the main thing. And wishing all my SR friends/family a sober next 24 hours too - yay! |

Almost completely to 24 hours without a drink. Still suffering from withdrawal symptoms. Mostly just depressed and sad. Unable to sleep today, at least This is Spinal Tap is on tv and it's making me laugh a little. Thanks for everyone's support. |
I think I missed the check-in, but I'm sober and staying that way. Right now I'm enjoying some sober fun at the beach. For me, going to the beach is like meditation on steroids. I've always loved the sea... guess that's why I spent eight years working offshore! Have a great weekend, Sober Family!!! 12:25 am in TX |
