Couple of hours to go then its bedtime! I've had shakes and heart pumping, I've gone from positive to highly anxious a hundred times, I'll be able to say I nailed 24 hours soon. I think this is already the longest I have gone for a long time.
Keep going everyone, minute by minute, hour by hour. Thanks for the ongoing support and I hope to reciprocate as much as possible.

Imagine that, an army of remade souls that have faced our demons and emerged wiser, stronger, calmer and compassionate. We can take on the world ! A nice aspiration !
