24 Hour Recovery Connections Part 112
Good morning, friends. LOVE LOVE LOVE reading the thread this morning. So much kindness and support on this thread.
Not much going on here. Dropping off taxes to the accountant (WAHOO to be done) and cooking up a roast in the crockpot. Yeah, kinda nice to only have "normal" things to do. Normal is nice.
Enjoy your Thursday!

Keep at it! Maybe a short walk will help. I noticed that I sleep better with a bit of exercise each day.

One day at a time, Mrskw - at times moment by moment - and that's okay. Staying busy really helps and you have made plans to get through today!!! Someone is always here; lean on us at any time. Be kind and gentle to yourself; your body, mind and spirit are undergoing a tremendous adjustment; healing expends and requires energy - listen to your body and rest when you feel tired. Drink plenty of water. You are embarking on a wonderful and an important journey. We are here for you.
Stay put! Stay sober. Good on you! Tomorrow you'll be so proud of yourself. I'm happy for you today! ODAAT.
