24-hour Recovery Connections Part 105
It may not feel like it right now but Day 1 is a good day - day 1 of the rest of your incredibly good sober life. Hang in there, whopper.
I will join you in prayer, Dane, for the willingness you desire.
Welcome to Day 4, TaylorSaint; sleep can be touch and go in earfly sobriety; things should normalize soon.
Congratulations, Milestoners.
What a great display of sobriety.
Well done.

Hi everyone! 7.30am UK time, 24 more please, it's nice and wet and windy here in England.
Am pleased I managed to survive a weekend with the inlaws without resorting to necking wine on my own after they go to bed (usual coping strategy)- as well as complain about my piano playing, they went and bought themselves extra pillows for their bed as ours were too 'flat.' (!!!)
Mondays always come round so quickly never mind- am taking the dog to dog training tonight after work which is always a good laugh!

You sailed through a difficult weekend, mcflurry; well done.
I'm signing in for 24 hours. I've had a bad few days-very depressed and anxious about money and some health issues. I decided to drink Saturday night. And then last night too. I know drinking won't help me, but I did it anyway. I don't know why I can't get past a week or two. Anyway, I'm here signing up for a sober day. 6:48 am.
((((soberjoy))); glad that you are; stay close.
