Made it through day 3. Kept myself busy. Resisted the urge that hit hard at 4pm. Drank lots and lots of water and kale juice ( eh). But I cannot sleep. If I don't sleep soon, work is going to be impossible tomorrow. Frustrated

Hi everyone! 7.30am UK time, 24 more please, it's nice and wet and windy here in England.
Am pleased I managed to survive a weekend with the inlaws without resorting to necking wine on my own after they go to bed (usual coping strategy)- as well as complain about my piano playing, they went and bought themselves extra pillows for their bed as ours were too 'flat.' (!!!)
Mondays always come round so quickly
never mind- am taking the dog to dog training tonight after work which is always a good laugh!

Thank you Venus cat! Just wanted to say I only go on this site on my phone by the way and am still navigating and working things out if I've ever not replied or missed anything. Thank you for your encouragement, it means a lot
