It’s a little early for peaches – my Michigan source has no U-Pick peaches until August 1 although the crop’s looking good. But they’re ripe somewhere because I had a store-bought peach yesterday that was outstanding!
I remember when I was 9 and all the big kids were excited by the release of the Allman Brothers “Eat A Peach.” I didn’t know until today that the title came from something Duane Allman (who’d just died in a motorcycle accident) had said: "You can't help the revolution, because there's just evolution ... Every time I'm in Georgia, I eat a peach for peace."

good morning to my wonderful SR family, how are you in this beautiful morning.
well I seeing the blessing my higher power is given me so far, an the most important is being sober.
I being working on my fears, and how they try to pull me away from this new path on life; but my higher power is giving me the strength to keep going and the only thing I got to do is to trust in him/her/it.
is you are struggling don't give up ( we get stronger every time we go through it.)hugs and love to you all.

Congrats to all of us for getting through another 24 hours. It's pretty awesome how those 24 hours start adding up. All you guys inspire me every day! To celebrate all of our accomplishments, today we have a courage2 inspired peach chiffon cake! Keep up the great work!
