I love my weights for sure but recently added running to the mix. I've worked up to 5 miles three times per week and think that will make a 5k seem easy breezy. I'm not the marathon type and this amount of running is just about right for me. I plan to run a 5k in August. Wishing you all the best.

Congrats to those marking a milestone in their recovery today!!!Hearts ...WOW... U2... A band I've never seen, but have been a big fan since the 80's. You're probably there.... I'm there in spirit singing along with ya!
