So for now I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing. Wayne Dyer suggests "Any time you start a sentence with 'I Am' you are creating what you are and what you want to be. " With that in mind, todays affirmation: **I am loving, I am patient, I am grateful, I am kind** What are you going to be today? Love you all. 24 please.
