Still trucking along. Still reading Mrs. D is doing without and also some self help books trying to figure out what I want in life and who I am.
I'm getting ready for my Mom's wedding also - she's 80 and he's 88. She broke her wrist the other day and is having it operated on Wednesday but is not going to stop her from getting married on the 16th. They're mostly getting married because my 10 year old keeps bugging them as she wants a "real Grandpa" both of hers passed away and she really wanted them married - she's a hoot. We got our dresses and skirts and going to order the flower pedals for my younger girls to toss out as the flower girls. I hope it all goes off without a hitch and they have fun on the honeymoon.

Hi guys - today is my 16th anniversary - very weird day as we're living in the same house but aren't "together" anymore. It was very sad - she got me this beautiful ring - really nice. I got her some perfume because although we're not "together" anymore I know she still loves me and it would just be cold not to get her anything.
Now the hard part is that she's drinking a lot. Yesterday I came home she had already had 2 of small bottles of wine - those little four pack wines. Then another after dinner and when I get home from having my hair done had finished the last one. I made a comment and she said "but they're little bottles." First it is a bit hard to have wine in the house especially when it's open.
Anyway - off to work.

Today is turkey day and I have a 34 lb bird in the oven. It's a beautiful autumn day here. I'm feeling bummed out today. It's my 28th year anniversary. Woo hoo. lol Okay that made me laugh! *rolling eyes*
Well I'm going to get showered and try to wash the crankies off.

Hi guys, Not been around much and its time to come clean - I’m not drinking but I took an old prescription of moy Mom’s and been having a pretty good time with the pain pills. Substituting one number for another. And I’ve been SUPER tempts to start drinking again- like what the hell who cares. It all stems from my relationship - I don’t want to stay in it and don’t have the guts to end it - I’m worried/scared about the kids, me, her everyone and just the logistics seem overwhelming. 4 kids in 3 schools activities and at the end of it all I don’t want them to hate me and well you know.
Anyway I’m in a really bad spot - pain pills are gone and I’m stuck with me - a person I really don’t respect or like right now. Everyone keeps telling me to try to fix it - for you -for the kids but it’s killing me inside to stay - I’m so unhappy but am afraid that I’ll be more unhappy if everyone hates me.
God help me.
