Checking in tonight. Going for another 24 hours at 8:30p CST.

. Courage for these awesome photographs of the ducks. I guess in real life I don't run across too many. The one's you've been showing are so beautiful. . Kris, I agree with our friend here on the board ..... Your encouragement, concern , and faith, are very comforting. I just really appreciate you being here each night.And, Snoozy....I feel so happy when I see you here back "home" !

Today was another busy but productive day. I look forward to see what blessings tomorrow will bring.

Thank you SR family for walking beside me filling me with hope, love and encouragement to gleefully stride into day 30 of sobriety.
To those sharing their journeys with us, you are truly inspirational and the courage, wisdom and dignity displayed here on a daily basis is humbling indeed.
I was going to say "special thanks to" but I'd be listing everyone so...... everyone? Thank you for your part in my journey. I'd be honoured if you'd stick around. My life is just happier with you in it and I am truly grateful.
So, with that (although I feel there's so much more I want to say but can't find the words to express how deeply grateful I am) I'll check in for another 24 at 5.30 am in the UK.

6.55 am in England. Looks like it's going to be another glorious day weather wise.
I'm feeling less stressed this morning, no idea why, the amount of work remains the same! It's probably the sunshine and the fact that my magnolia tree is in full bloom
