Good morning, friends. I cannot tell you how much better I'm doing headache-wise now that I know what was causing my allergies and got it mostly managed. One cannot get rid of dust mites, but I have limited my exposure so much. Knowledge is power! I just implore you that if you are having any kind of health issue, go find out what is causing it. Don't take meds for the symptoms, rather fix the cause. Thank you for being so supportive while I went thru all that pain. |

Congrats to ALL milestoners - especially my fellow Texan Dane!! 1 year is HUGE! I woke up sober in San Antonio - what a crazy concept. I look over at the nightstand & see my co-workers empty wine glass. Did you know they now sell wine by the glass in liquor stores? It's this odd, pre-packaged, squatty little glass. Weird & sad. Anyway, I'm once again so thankful & humbled for my sober path. There but for the grace of God... 24 more, please. I feel the hardest part is over but I'm staying vigilant! I know my AV is patient & cunning. I will not take that for granted today. Hugs & love to all. 7:19 a.m. on the Riverwalk. |
