April is definitely a great month!

We're celebrating Anna's birth by going out for a long walk later this afternoon. It's a beautiful day.

I have goose bumps of joy just imagining how happy you and Mrs Obo must be. The best thing is you're experiencing this fully without dulling your brain with poison. What a great start to fatherhood!

So no real outright winner, but I'll take joint winnings any day!

I have another day off today. I've been sticking to the ideas that the nutritionist gave me about combing proteins, and I think I feel a bit more energetic. Although it could just be the fact that I'm off work and its been a sunny week. I'll carry on with it for a few weeks and see where it leads.

I noticed on Amazon, that there's a sequel to the book "ice and a slice". I really enjoyed reading that one, and it helped me to stay on track in the early weeks of sobriety, so I'll probably treat myself to the kindle version of the sequel.

Is anyone reading anything interesting at the moment?
