It's 5:21 am MST in SE Arizona and I'm signing in for another sober day. It is spring down this way. My orange and lemon trees are in bloom, the roadside poppies are in flower and the days are mostly in the 70's. A great time to be sober.

Home all day getting ready to leave town for out of state family visit.
No drink on the house, please lord help me thru the next 24.......
My liver is sick. This will kill me. I want to live. I do not want my grands to think I love drink more than them....

Hi everyone. Today marks 72 consecutive sober days.
Feeling very resentful, and agitated this past week or so...Really disliking my job...My life...Just everything in general is getting under my skin.
Really not a fun place to be...But i am NOT giving away the past 72 days. I am not drinking over this....But i really want this feeling to pass.
Call that a prayer...Call it what you want. I do not want to deal with this.
So i'm giving this one to the universe. Little help?...
