Signing in for another 24, 00.38 in the UK.
Hope I can sleep tonight, last few I go to bed but just don't seem able to get comfy, even though I'm dog tired I just can't get off to sleep and when I do finally drift off it's a very light sleep.
I'm waking up two or three times to go and pee and then it's back to tossing and turning again until the alarm goes off or kids get up.
I'm so tired during the day though, if I sit down for 10 minutes I can drop off in a chair, it's weird!
Anyway, here goes...
