I'm sorry Delia! It sucks cause being a felon follows you everywhere! Never mind you've never had any other contact with the law, and you pay your taxes and volunteer at the Salvation Army and rescue stray animals, etc....it's the first thing employers see...it sucks.

During the last part of my drinking I used to wake up terrified of what I may have done.
It was getting worse, I imagined getting caught trying to buy drugs, driving and a series of other things. I think it was only a matter of time before I did.

Mld just thought of my only st pat tradition: soda bread. Oh so good. Brown bread is more traditional but soda bread seems to be the us way. Whole foods busts out a limited supply this time of year and I think I'll grab one. Might be a fun thing to try homemade.

Jen...I'm really glad you quit before things got worse...and things would have gotten worse, believe me! Stay quit and you never have to worry about any of that **** happening!
