Sluts unite!

Hey just a quick question. I haven't been feeling the best since getting sober, fatigue and kinda tired looking all the time. I'm thinking of starting to take some vitamins, is anyone else? And which ones? I was thinking vitamin D, B and omega 3. I know drinking strips the body of vitamins
Kinda depressed too, not used to it, I'm not sure if it's because I was covering a mild depression with alcohol, or if I'm just depressed because I actually have to feel everything. It's not too bad, but its carrying on longer than I like and is starting to get on my nerves.

Brynn- your hilarious.

JSBodhi- I am not a expert but I take Omega 3, Super B Complex, women's multivitamin with plenty of vitamin D, and I just started taking magnesium because I noticed my multivitamin doesn't have any in it...and I read yesterday that magnesium is good for anxiety and people who drink too much may be deficient in it.

Folic acid is important too for women who could potentially become pregnant. It is in most womens multivitamins. My dr. recommends it for anyone in that category.

Hey copper. Thanks for swinging by. Maybe call in to the woods and see if dax max Erin and omo come calling too

Brynn you are so funny. We had a couple of guesses at what your leg tattoo could be.. Who was right? We figured it had to be David hasslehoff but not sure what era. Or hello kitty?

First...thanks for sharing that Della and I'm sorry you experienced that loss no matter what the circumstances were. I've got to try and distract myself for the next week or so and think positive.

And I hate to disappoint you fine people but my tattoo is neither David Hasslehoff (who I find revolting) or hello kitty, although I've had my share of hello kitty gear for sure! The tat on my leg is part of a series I have and it's a dagger/rose/ivy trellis/padlock/ thing in black.
Hope no one lost any money!
xoxo

Kind of disappointed about the tattoo, not gonna lie. Might need to add SpongeBob to your other leg brynner.

Calling it an early night my friends. Sweet dreams and love to all.

G'night Tonks.

Well Brynn, sounds like a cool tat.

Thinking about joining the book club. The book is at the library here but it's so amazing that I could have it on my ipad in a minute for ten bucks- less than I would have spent on drink today. So thankful I don't drink. Part of that is thanks for all you here.

We are just people. Going through things having gone through hell... I'm really happy to be here with you.
