Toots and soberclover. I hope you're both feeling better today. I am feeling better than what I was last night. As soon as I went to bed, I clonked out, so I had ~12 hours of sleep. Toots, your husband reminded me of this.

Looking for a house is exciting. Buying one is not. When this is over we'll be all out of nickels & dimes! Good god. You get charged for EVERYTHING!! And I think I've handed over every document short of my 5th grade report card! Boo to being a grown up!!
That said, I'm so grateful that this is our "problem" right now. I fully recognize that the majority of the world's population doesn't get this opportunity. And as is my philosophy in life, all pieces and parts are necessary (good & bad) to fully & truly appreciate every one of life's blessings.
