Inspection went as well as it could even with a few nice surprises (new a/c units - yes 2!- as well as a new furnace). There are a few odds & ends we'd like to have the seller fix but we'll see. It's nothing major or anything that would even keep us from buying the place, so all-in-all a good day. Uncross, Leigh! ;) All clear has been sounded today.
