Feeling sore, lots of coughing (again)... Feels like when we came back from Idaho at the end of December. So, I've been laying down listening to music ..Bread (anybody remember them?), Dan Fogelberg and wrapped it up with ol Blue Eyes, cough syrup & aspirin. Do feel better. Just take it easy the rest of the night. I'll be checking in for the next 24 hours of my recovery, thanks to my HP & AA.

It's CORN CHIP DAY!!! As a kid, I loved the Frito! Can't even remember the last time I had one of those...
Here's some food for thought about the corn chip.
The “original” corn chip is the Fritos Corn Chip, first sold in the 1930’s
“Frito Chili Pie” was invented in the 1960’s by Teresa Hernández, a cook at Woolworth’s lunch counter in Santa Fe.
A corn chip is a snack food made from cornmeal fried in oil or baked, usually in the shape of a small noodle or scoop.
Charles Elmer Doolin bought the patent for “Fritos” from a Mexican man for $100.
In some areas, it is popular to pour the chili into a bag of corn chips and eat the mixture directly from the bag.

It's been a struggle today, but I'm checking in with another 24 hours down (thank you Bim!!). I'm committing to another 24 hours at 9:10 CST.

That cake looks delicious even at 6.51am UK!
Checking in and going to have to be careful today as I have a hectic 12 hour Friday again at work with the usual dodge and duck on the way home to avoid the Friday evening drinks. Just not strong enough to go into a pub and be surrounded by booze...
