So, my cough got worse again, after I thought I was better. Pretty sure I have bronchitis. It happens to me once every few years. It has helped me to not drink, though, feeling under the weather. I know once I feel normal again, the AV will be calling.

Anewpage - maybe you're anxious about these upcoming events? Drinking won't help.

I didn't make it through the holiday weekend and am just now getting back in the horse, so Day 1 again here. This has strengthened my resolve to beat this.

Hi everyone.. coming out of lerk mode to join the class. Many of you might not know it, but your posts have been inspiring! I love that everyone here is so supportive and non-judgemental...
