I have a special place I go when I am feeling sad
It's not that far, it's worth the trip and always makes me glad
A place where special Angels are, even round the clock.
A place I just log onto I don't even have to knock.
Where joy, laughter and pain is shared and often tears are shed
A place where sweet relief is found a friend on every thread.
We each have an Angel somewhere on this Great Green Earth.
We give each other refreshed hope, each day a new rebirth.
It's good to know along this journey we don't have to be alone.
That one more day that drink and drug can surely be postponed.

5:24 am signing up for 24 more sober hours.
LOVE LOVE LOVE the song of the day Deeker. that just happens to be one of my fave bands so thanks for that.. they do a wicked beautiful ballad. One more thing - congrats on 10 months. The longest I've ever had was 9 months so I aspire to be just like you and get beyond that mark

You rock, Deek. Ten months is huge! Thank you for your service work at helping so many that suffer. This thread offers inspiration and hope mixed with a special magic for me.
