Hi all, nearly 1 month sober for month now- those days mount up! Its 11.40pm here in Wales, the crack in my laptop screen is getting worse (I stood on it sober one night!) but these things happen eh? Accept the things I cannot change.....

Hi There Everyone! It's Elvis Tribute Day! Elvis died Aug 16th, 1977.



It has been speculated that he died from a heart attack due
to an overdose of prescription drugs. Whatever the true reasons,
Elvis was an addict just like the rest of us and he struggled daily
with this insidious addiction. My heart goes out to him.

He was truly the King Of Rock n Roll, a Legend and Someone who will be Loved,
Respected and Remembered for a long time to come!
