Signing up for another 24hours a bit early. Tonight is my home group business meeting followed by the Anniversary meeting. No Way I would get smashed and not pick up my 3 months coin and have some of that awesome banana cake.
I know I am recovering when I put banana cake way on top of the list over alcohol LOL.

8am in West Australia. Made it through last night. Having no alcohol in the house probably helped and 2 kids in bed asleep and being the only parent at home.

Here's to another 24 hours. Feels like kind of cheating though as I will be spending the night in hospital with my son and would never dream of drinking there. At least it will give me at least another 24 hours up my sleeve though.

Wow another weekend coming to a close. Sad but amazing at the same time. Feels good to build days that we can be proud of.
I hope it was restful for you. Feels good to be off the mouse wheel.

Was a good weekend for me. There is fun to be had in recovery. Went to a meeting last night and then out for pizza with some recovering addicts. We were the loudest people in the restaurant, and it was all good clean sober fun! And I never thought I would laugh again. Wrong!
