at one time we made a bunch of steel where i grew up, and that pic is just a tad greener than the rivers looked back then...such a fond memory...

RZ - I live on the west coast and work swingshift usually getting home after midnight. I have always had insomnia and these early days in sobriety seem to make it worse. Tomorrow is 60 days and I hope it eases up soon.

Used to be a huge trigger to relapse but this time I really am going with it.
I am tired a lot, but not hungover anymore trying to get myself to pass out
for a precious few hours of sleep. That is one of the reasons I'm stalking these
boards in the wee hours of the morning. Just call me a true night owl, lol!

dusted off my New Balance's for the first time this year earlier this week...

2 mile run, then 2 mile walk....wasn't easy...winter took a toll...but felt great

ready for round 2 when i return get home this afternoon after the visit with my Dad
