Hey Kev - glad to see ya on board.
Good that we are filled up...Hey you all want to come with
me to a reunion I'm going to this weekend? Yup, little Ms Isolating Me.
I'm getting out of and over myself and actually going somewhere, woo hoo!
This is about 20 women that I went to HS with. They all have pretty
much kept in contact with each other. Not me, I drifted away and
havent seen most of them in 30 years. So this reunion was organized,
I was invited and I am going. Can you believe this? I am amazed I tell you!
Oh and there is no alcohol being served to worry about. That is a huge added bonus. Thank you God! You see, the cost of the lodge that was rented was
almost double if alcohol was going to be served because of liability issues.
These ladies decided in about 5 minutes that, well then we just won't have
alcohol at the party. Such an easy decision for them. I'm still scratching my head over that one.
Seven weeks ago - I would have already stashed the booze in my suitcase, drank it, and stashed it again. Heck, seven weeks ago I wouldn't even
have entertained the thought of going! Woo Hoo!
So ride on with me, won't you all?
