Whiners Anonymous The Golden Part (50)
I've been apologizing to this new little mousie since the day I got it, he's so cute and works so well. And can take him with me anywhere I go if I want to... No tail, but a cute functional little mouse all the same.
hiya whiners....'just dropping in before I log off and get some shut eye.
a quickie whin-oh-rama-lama-be-boppa-loo:
The eye isn't much better
The next one is about shoes.
On Sat am...I tried a pair just like these.
I hurt my foot.
I'll describe the pain:
It felt like that guy with the hairy eyeball was stabbing relentlessly into my instep with an icepick.
They were sooo nice---sigh. I took just about three steps in 'em, I didn't even have them on for a full minute. sheesh
And...now my back hurts from sitting on my tush all WE giving the foot a rest.
Green shoes whine-ku:
I loved those green shoes
but they didn't love my feet
not one teensy bit

cmc - those shoes are delicious. I haven't had high heels on in ages. Do not get dressed up for work anymore, so also have 58 pairs of panty hose going to waste. Maybe I could find a craft that uses pantyhose. Placemats perhaps?
Monday, Monday - hope everyone has a good one. 10 degrees here.

old pantyhose are very useful lint catchers to the laundry tub hose....or you can donate them to others....or just throw them away in the trash for space sake.
I have caught up on all of the whines i missed...I was very impressed about the toilet habits of others...and i think if you pass an "Anaconda" you should definitely show it off!
my whine a roonie is that I went to my great-nephews first birthday party that was filled with a bunch on snot-nosed little ones (talk about the drama of a 6 year old DIVA, she was priceless, telling her little brother...Iwant to GO HOME, without YOU)....one of the little darlings passed me a nasty bug....complete with lots of vomiting and lower GI issues...good grief!!! i had nothing in my stomach and i was still heaving...i could not keep water down...along with a vicious headache all day long.
I am off to change the sheets, because they must be loaded with germs.....
the sun rises at 7:14 and sets at %:06.....creeping towards spring today....i still feel craptastic....i will drag into work and come home early if i can't take it....i have been awake since 3AM because i slept too much yesterday.
i wonder if i lost weight from all the upchuking?
Least, all your child's problems can be solved when she takes responsibility for her own transportation....you should NOT have to play taxi on the cold mornings.

I told nmk to let ex take her to work, that I wouldn't do it anymore as long as he's available to do it...
Very strange dream last night, driving a forklift in a friend's barn, moving bales of something around and making tea, large quantities of tea! Don't usually dream about people I know, wonder what that means? (and they don't even have a barn!)
Good moaning whiners!
Great whine-ku, cmc. You're our resident whine-ku-kween. I haven't worn heels in almost twenty years, I won't punish my feet and legs like that, I don't care how good they make my legs look, I won't wear 'em.
Fandy, I hope you feel better soon.

Hev, you have opened up a whole new subject to whine about!
pantyhose!
Those old pantyhose work great in the garden for tying plants. Back in the jungle-section of my yard I have these huge bamboo-ish stalks growing all crowded tightly together. Of course...they grow like weeds and the whole shabang topples over.
The only thing that will hold them up & together is pantyhose!
Come to think of it..that's why they were invented: to hold stuff up & together.
I had to use a whole pair (intact!) to tie up those dang bushes....but they do have lovely flowers that the humminbirds love.
Pantyhose Blues (my whine-ku for the morning)
aka: They work for what ya need.
those tight pantyhose
restrict motion and blood flow
but get the job done

I knew - I just knew - I'd get some practical advice regarding the pantyhose. You whiners are priceless friends in more ways than one.
Fandy - I'm sorry you've been sick & hope you're back in top form soon. Look out world when Fands feels top notch again.
cmc - That is the one thing I did think to use them for - tying up plants. They don't cut into the plants the way string or other stuff would.
Was there ever a pantyhose that fit right? I'd buy my size, start pulling them up, and find they'd only go to my knees! (That's when I'd resort to buying the "Chubby Chick" brand). Then there were the dollar store ones that I shoulda known not to take a chance on. The "beige" would be a hideous shade of orange - but you wouldn't realize it until you went out into the daylight.
Apologies to our Whiner Men.

L'eggs....off- black or suntan only. Spanx tights, like orthopaedic stockings that take an hour to pull up./...it is easier to do 100 leg-lefts and squats then apply self-tanner....but you will have goose-bumps because it is only 11 degrees outside!
yes! pantyhose strips are great for tying up the tomato plants!
i have managed to choke down some chicken broth....so i don't keel over.

I'll tell you what the Dream Interpretation book says about dreaming of reading the book when I dream about it.
Feel better Fands!
Bought more Garlic Herb Laughing Cow cheese today.
Didn't care for the Mozzarella Sun Dried Tomato flavor
Why does it say: "Refrigerate After Purchase" on the container?
What happens from the time I take it from the non-refrigerated shelf in the grocery store to when I get it home that it needs to be refrigerated?
Speaking of refrigerated, it's a freakin' freezer outside with no relief in sight for at least another day.
-20 degrees with the wind chill....................

CMC, I too love the green shoes. I also cannot wear stilettos but I can dream.
I ate way too much pizza for dinner and don't feel well. Nothing wrong with the pizza, I am just overstuffed and tired.
Don't even ask me about the diet.

Whiners were slackers today.
Ann, I am embarking on my diet tomorrow - or maybe Tuesday. Trying to get my willpower cranked up. So hard to get back on track. Then Mr. Hev goes & buys Little Debbie Boston-Cream-somethings & Chocolate Covered Cinnamon Buns! Talk about gilding the lily.

I'm a good little girl. I just now cleaned the litter boxes, all three of them. That means I don't have to do it tomorrow on trash day. And to deodorize the room (it always stinks a bit after cleaning the boxes) I put lavendar oil on my electric air freshener filter pad so the room now smells like lavendar - my favorite smell. I'm sure the kitties like it too.
I have a little ambition left over so might just go down in the bsmt and sweep up the cat hair and straw on the floor... My stray kitties deserve a clean house too.
I like being able to use five smilies per post. Thank you again Morning Glory!
