Man it's been quiet around here lately. What happened to all the chatting and camaraderie? I do hope everyone is well.
There is a decided chill in the air and I'm glad to be finished my course, home under the covers with the dogs for a spell.
I love being in bed. It's my favourite hangout spot.

I had a lovely day. Went to noon meeting I have not been to for about a few years,(out of town) I brought a newish member (11 weeks) it was really special as lots of the members were very pleased to see us and the sec. asked me to share and even remembered my name. it was step 6.
then we went for lunch and window shopping. I brought an indian home and hubby and I sprawled on front of tele. watching...I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! . Its good this year.

Yes. The steroid shot helped immediately.
And the steroid nasal spray too.
Still think I should get an inhaler...
Mmmmmm....stopping smoking would be a great big help.

Very tired tonight...sort of a "rest" day, of sorts.
I think our subconcious knows something..gearing up for a very very busy day tomorrow.
