Elroy...I love that smilie! I have emoticon-envy!
Nel, "ditto" to Bee...I'm sorry about you MIL and friend. Sheesh, our HP's don't get vacation time, huh?
Bee, glad your daughter (and you) are feeling better. I didn't want to say anything, but that fever would have scared the *&^* out of me!
OK, kids, off we go...I may or may not have internet...but will try to keep you posted, if so. We are anticipating being back Fri...but it is out of our control. Acceptance prayer and a LOT of TRUST and FAITH going on for me. Thank you for your prayers too.:ghug2 One of the good byproducts will be doing some shopping...not glamorous shopping mind you, things like razor blades, notebooks, BOOKS!, stuff we either can't get here or that are horrendously expensive. Last year, when we went back to the states, I was dumbstruck at all the choices and how cheap everything was. And people...they were in such a hurry and always seeming discontented. And so many cars! I remember standing on the curb, looking right and left, then right, then left! It took me ages to cross the friggin street ! It's amazing how the "way of the islands" seeps into my soul. It's a whole different mind/soulset.

home from work, my daughters fever is high again and she is having difficulty breathing and talking so I left work to take her to the doctor.
Lis, I had to laugh reading about the traffic and you saying there are so many choices, that's how it is where I live. Keep in touch with us and I will continue my prayers for you and hubby.
You too Nel, I will keep with my prayers for you, hubby & MIL.

I am not posting much lately, taking a bit of a semi-break from the forum and computers so here is a quick update...
....The M.E. is improving I think, still up and down with it but on average there is improvement. No BAD headaches still since the reduction in anti-depressants, makes me think I was right that they were the cause. I have weaned to half the dose over 6 weeks and now I am gonna sit on this dose for a month or more. If anything, I feel better on this dose.
Mostly, I am just going to meetings, the gym, and am happy being sober.

Elroy is my name for Zip, Bro. It's from an OLD cartoon, called the Jetsons (a family living in the future). They zip around in flying cars. I think it's 60's vintage....Elroy was the son.
Good to hear that you are feeling better!
Hiya Louis, and thanks for the prayers, Bee.....

Stone, glad to hear you are taking care of yourself, good for you.
Hi IO, nice to see you back around the forum.
Just got in from the doctors, my daughter has swine flu they put her on Tamaflu which is an antibotic for it, praying that I do not catch it as it is highly contagious. The doctor said it is most contagious when they have a fever, hoping the alcohol I wiped her down with while she was burning up last night, had enough strength to kill the germs for me. I'm sure I will be fine, no projecting here. Did stock up on the Purell for hands, a bottle in every room.
Glad I am home today, looking forward to my Step meeting tonight, I really miss getting to my meetings early because right after work I just get to them right on time, so haven't really been able to spend time chatting with friends before.

Yes we can still PM Louis, lol. We just called the vet to see if dogs can get swine flu if they get coughed on or sneezed on. The vet kinda laughed, she said no but this was the first time someone asked about coughing or sneezing on them.
The flat sounds nice Louis, but just HOW noisy are the neighbors and what happens if you are trying to sleep, you will begin to get angry at them and anger is not a good thing. Make sure you look at all the positives and the negatives before committing to it. I'm glad you're back home
