I have bad news.

We are not closing tomorrow. The mortgage person effed something up and couldn't be reached for explanation. Our attorney is pissed too. I think I may like the guy a little after all.

After the son in laws being dicks, the old woman refusing to leave, fence debacle, the mouse problem, the 4 month closing... I was so looking forward to being able to get in there and start fixing things up.

I know in the scope of things this is just glitch but it's a big one and I am extremely disappointed.

For once Damon and I are on the same page. How scary is that .

Just wanted to throw in my 2 cents on Brad Pitt I'm not usually a fan but mother of pearl he was on fire in that film - and yeah, K, on the bike! OMG! A couple peeps have accused it of being a Forrest Gump copycat - I didn't see that myself, but I'm a little thick sometimes. I thought it was a terrific film.

Well it's time for bed. Meeting was great, picked up some fud, hung up some wash after pounding it on the rocks by the sea. That's all I got.

Other bad news... I checked my box at the gym and there was a cancellation notice in there. I was like WTF am I begin canceled??? Also... I didn't get paid! They forgot to take my class sheet out of the book so they didn't cut my check.

The cancellation was a mistake. It was just a form from a member saying he was canceling his membership. Whew!

They should cut me a check for my whopping 36.57 in a few days.

Class went better than expected. There's a totally serious woman that comes and I'm never sure if she enjoys the class or not but she actually spoke to me tonight after. I was about the heat... but still. Break through!

We have the keys now yes but we can't legally go into the house and do anything until we close. We aren't closing until this paper work gets straightened out. It might not bee until the 15th from what Damon just said.

Ro... both mine and Damon's bp is way up right now. He is actually speechless about it. It's so ridiculous.

I won't be able to sleep at all now... like I ever do .

I can't wait to hear this friggin explanation if that woman even calls us back tomorrow!

Having a thing with my brother too. He's not mad at me... he's fed up with my stepfather so we've been venting. Earlier today and then for about an hour on the phone. He's going to explode so I was happy to listen even though it riled me up too. It's too much to go into... but though I love my step father he is so exasperating and I don't even have to live with him.

Then there's this family thing with my sister. Can't go all into it right now but let's just say she told my step father that he could have all of our (both brothers, mine and the 4 grand children that were alive when she passed away) life insurance that she set aside for us. It wasn't much at all. But it's the point of it all. Who is she to decide that for all of us? This all happened in 96 but it's been festering for a long time. I haven't made an issue of it due to my nieces and I don't want the kids to suffer if my sister throws a hissy fit but...

Yes, painting soon I hope. I'm so disappointed! I do have teacher training all weekend though so it's not like I would get much done this week anyway. Oh well. We'll see what's up tomorrow I hope.

All of this time I've been positive. Thinking we could close by Thanksgiving, then Christmas, now by tomorrow. Positive thinking is a crock. It hasn't worked at all in this case!

Anyway... done complaining for now. I guess the only thing I have to look forward to tomorrow is Taco Tuesday .

Hi everyone, Brad Pitt pffft.

Got some stuff to do today, first off I wanna go for an early walk in the cold with camera.....

The guy I get a ride of to the meeting tonight broke his femur yesterday slipping on ice! I will have to phone the woman with the keys and tell her, she will prolly take me to the meeting and we will set it up together.
