I must say night night now. My older kids have got back from spending Xmas with their dad, so I need to spend a bit of time.
They have managed to ransack the house already, so that is an issue that needs addressing.

It's midnight now, off to bed. Have to take my youngest to see her alkie dad tomorrow(poor girl, she has drawn the short straw, hasn't she?) And I WILL paint her room while she is gone.

OK...so to bring this thread back into focus...i have to ask...how many calories in a liter of rum? how about a unit of beer? So how many candybars can I eat before it equals 2 liters of rum a day in calories?
Did i tell you I am piling on the pounds? Today my food intake consisted of 8 butterfinger candy bars and 3 peices of frosty cake with 4 scoops of icing. But I didn't eat anything else so that helps right?????
how many calories are burned off by the romain soldiers marching 893 steps? Can they do that for me or does that count?????

Ok, nands, some quick answers for ya.
According to this web site, 1 oz of rum has about 65 calories. A regular-sized Snickers bar has 271 calories (according to here). So, roughly 4.5 oz. of rum equals one Snickers bar.
A Butterfinger has 270 calories, btw.

"Rapid Military Marching" burns approximately 442 calories per hour. Watching someone march rapidly, military style, burns approximately 21 calories per hour.
What else ya got?! Gimme some more!

I have just about quit going to the gym, and my eating habits have gone to h3ll. I skip meals, I eat late at night, I eat JUNK, and I've quit drinking water. My new addiction is to caffeine, mostly in the form of Diet Coke, but also coffee.
I have GOT to get back into my healthy habits. I thought for sure once I quit drinking I'd lose a little weight, or at least MAINTAIN, since I'd be losing all those alcohol calories. I was wrong. I have crap for metabolism.

I was drinking some of this Shloer stuff over Christmas, it really tasted like sweet fizzy wine - and believe it or not I kept topping up my glass with it like it was actual alcohol. Think I'll be restricting my use of that stuff for special occasions only, lol.
