TRuly grateful TODAY has ended...LOL...........long tough day,,,but I made it through so very grateful for that. Spent 7 hours in the ER, but I am home now and feel a bit better.

Grateful to my Maker for my dogs' continuing good health. I love them so much my heart often spillls out into tears. Mostly they're happy tears, and I'm learning to deal waith life sober. No excuses.
Grateful that college-kid daughter is making friends in her first week of college. Grateful that she got herself into college and will learn lots of things.
Grateful that boath my parents are still living and in good health for their age. (80s)
Grateful my disability was approved - and on the first time too! God must have had a hand in that as they deny a large percentage benefits the first time around. Most people wait for many months but mine was decided in my favor after only four and a half months. For the government to move that quickly is a miracle.
Thank you God!
And thank you for helping me stay sober today!

Grateful to be home.
Was in the hospital since Saturday night.........My kids are pretty grateful too. The poor things.
So much going on, just glad to be alive and here.

Grateful yet again for the darkest nights, it is where I grow, where I learn, and when I see the light again I realize it was in darkness it all began.

grateful for the kind words people have said to mefrom at work, to around town, there ARE good kind people in the world.
I am grateful I didn'i back out of an appt yesterday to set up a bit of counselling.....grateful I havE MADE IT THIS FAR...GOTTA KEEP MOVING ON....
college may not be as soon as i WANT BUT IT WILL COJME, ALL IN DUE TIME.
