Strength and support
I am so grateful, I don't know how to express my gratitude. Except to say I have known for many years I should change. SR is bolstering my strength and resolve to change. I couldn't do it alone. Thank you (in no special order) Dee, Anna, Carol, all the staff at SR, and all you who participate.

Grateful for all the staff & members that are here to help me mend my broken head.
I am so gratedful to be able to come back & see familiar members and same staff members+ all of the new members. 
I don't like to change a doctor, medications, diagnosis, or clinics but this has all happened to me this past two years.
I am now Bipolar 1 with some new but common meds that should help me.
Thank you all for being here to help me walk the walk & talk the talk.
