Grateful to pop by and read all your posts.
Grateful for Hev’s 15 years on SR.
Grateful this event will be over later today.
Borrowing Zura’s Grat for the city workers who fix the infrastructure. Lost power for a while yesterday and was so panicked it would be a long time until restored like so many here experienced recently. But it came back on after a few hours.
Grateful it is payday.
Grateful for all of you.

Hey all
Quick grat-drop today - it's a busy one
Grateful to have work I enjoy
Grateful for great weather today
Grateful for Kindle books
Grateful to be sober
Grateful to have ever found SR (You're so right Hev) and grateful for this thread. It's the place in SR where I feel happiest

Love to all

(Oh and Zura - mighty relieved to hear that the Huntsman isn't the monster I thought it was! Think I'll still pass though)

Sending love and support to Alpine and Free (that eye procedure sounds intense! I really hope it resolves the issue once and for all).
Hev, 15 years is amazing. Obviously you're one of the best parts of SR, hands down.

Grateful for coffee.
Grateful for a nice long conversation with my favorite colleague yesterday.
Grateful to commisserate with another colleague (who I like personally but dislike working with) and bonding over each of us losing a parent over the past few weeks. It definitely helps to put work pettiness and nonsense into perspective.
Grateful I talked to my older son on the phone for a while last night - it's been too long!
Grateful to be able to help both my kids work through problems (well, at least I try!)
Grateful to be sober.

Hev, sssssoooo grateful for your omnipresent support and involvement on SR
Im with you all, it’s my fav thread on SR

Turs. I hope you enjoy your quick camp trip and the weather is good.
Alpine thinking of you today while you get your tests done.So sweet that you found a hidden valentine from Mr. A.
Jack I agree. I am so glad I found SR. Not sure how but I found it after I was about a month sober.

Fearless I am glad you are feeling better.
NL I hope the event goes well today and then you will be much relieved.

Grateful for a perfectly ripe avocado in my sandwich.
Grateful for the birds chirping.
Grateful for a good night's sleep.

Grateful for my sobriety.
Grateful for SR and the GP, my favorite thread too.

Jack - So glad you enjoy the thread. We enjoy you right back.
CBS - I'm sure Sarge is the handsomest ever after his bath. Maybe I should read Crawdads too - I found the end jaw dropping. Never expected it (No spoilers...)
Zura - Nice to know the sun shined on the son & he lived to tell the tale.
Grateful for all your posts today.
Grateful for a nice shopping trip & the dollar store.
Grateful for more sun today - it does make a difference to my mood.
Grateful for each & every one of you.

Very quick flyby this morning.

Alpine - thinking of you today

Free - no he just shocked me by sitting outside in the sun 😱 seems like a small thing I know but it was very refreshing as he has hardly left his room for about five years (except for work which is night shift).

Grateful for raisin toast 😜.

Beat wishes to all ❤️.

CB, I love to hear the birds out and about
Hevyn, we had sun up here too and it was 68!!
Grateful to have spent the first night in the house even though Mr. A wasn't here. I am currently sitting in a camp chair which believe it or not is quite comfy.
Grateful for our house and that we will be moving a few more things over
Grateful I heard back on one of the tests and all looks good there
Grateful Riley Pup found the shirt Mr. A left for me to hug and he started to roll all over it. He misses his Dad
Grateful for all of you and my sobriety

Alpine, soooo thankful for that first recent test back 🎊🎉🪄
Hev, I couldn’t read Crawdads, it was wayyyy to southern slang. I heard the movie is great
Dogs ALWAYS smell and look better after baths or the groomers. I used to do my dogs nails with a dremmel drill.

My eye procedure probably won’t be for another year, the surgeons usually won’t touch it until then, and at that, I won’t have FMLA until next April ‘24

Grateful I am a strong person, going through some relationship stuff right now. It’s awkward
Grateful for the AMAZING coffee I made this morning (why can’t I make it THIS good daily? WHY can’t I golf a 96 like I did last week all the time? Why…….- oh wait. It’s the gratitude thread 😂
Grateful for the less than four hours of sleep last night and dry eyes before shadowing/observing at cancer center today, makes me appreciate humidifiers when they are turned on, no neighbors, and the few nights I go to sleep without a stressor dumped on my lap to ruminate about
Love to all

Hey all - missed a morning check-in but anyway.....

Grateful to my friend for a free ticket to an exhibition last night
Grateful that I have such a good relationship with my sister - we support each other and we can have a good giggle about stuff
Grateful to be cat-sitting this weekend. Change of scene is nice for a few days
Grateful to be 3-weeks without cigarettes. Feels SO much better
Grateful to be sober and here
Grateful for Abba! (just came on Spotify)

Free - Hope the new job is a good fit for you

Fearless - great that you're feeling better. Where's your trip?

Free, that’s so crazy you have to wait a year
Alpine, love the image of Riley rolling around on Mr As shirt
CBS, I loved Crawdads book. Have t see. The movie yet
Zura, I’ll take the cinnamon bread without the raisins 😊
Jack, going to CO to ski!
Grateful to finish watching the Star Wars movies with sonny boy. I found most of them to be boring as before. Just not my think. But I did enjoy the attack of the clones. Most importantly just trying to bond with sonny boy on his terms ❤️
Grateful though I didn’t get enough sleep, I feel better and will have time this afternoon for a nap
Grateful for beautiful weather
Grateful for something I saw on LinkedIn about accepting everyone but putting them in their proper place too. Been thinking about friendships again. Surrounding myself with those who bring me the most joy and positive energy, and keeping a distance from those who are negative or don’t have my best interest at heart. Grateful that since I’ve been sober I’m developing more sober friendships
Grateful to have a genetic consultation tomorrow. I decided to complete the gene testing offered through work benefits. Have not seen the report yet. Curious and nervous at the same time
Grateful for our very special circle here. Love to all!

Alpine so glad you got some good news.
Hello to all!

Grateful today is my granddaughters 7th birthday. So grateful for her she is precious and has a mind of her own.
Grateful for another warm day. Though it is supposed to be winter. Sort of feel guilty about that. Global warming for sure.
Grateful for a nice dinner out with two good friends. They are normies and I was okay with them drinking a few. I had a virgin mojito.
Grateful for my sobriety.
Grateful for all of you.

Here is Sarge yesterday after his bath.

Free - I'm sorry for whatever's going on - grateful for your strength & resilience.
Alpine - Happy to know the one test was good.
Jack - Congrats on your 3 wks. without those nasty things.
Fearless - You & MrHev - might be the only 2 people in the universe who found them boring. What did Sonny B think? I admit, after the first 3 I got very confused.
CBS - Sarge - what a gorgeous hunk of doggy. And - I love the purple-ish thingy in your pot.
Grateful for yet another day of sun & warmth - but a change is on the way.
Grateful MrHev is seeing an orthopedist about his knees today. I know he didn't really want to, but it's time.
Grateful we're in this together - and we're never alone, GP.

Hev, so grateful you've been holding the fort here for 15 years! Your presence is so comforting.
Purps, 7 hours sleep, awesome!
Alpine, thinking of you. Glad the first round of tests were ok.
Jack, happy you are here and that you enjoy the thread!
Zura, so glad your son discovered the sun!
Free, relationship stuff is tough. Thinking of you.
Fearless, glad you're feeling better from your bug.
CBS, glad you get to enjoy your precious granddaughter! It's a special bond, isn't it?

Grateful for my one-night camping trip. I saw thousands of migrating birds in the California central valley. Snow geese, sandhill cranes, many many others. A good nature break.
Grateful that although I had bad insomnia last night, I used the time to finish drafting my tax return.
Grateful I was able to take care of my grandson for a couple hours last night and that they are all starting to recover from the various bugs they've had.
Grateful for a day with lots of connection ... lunch with a friend, zoom with another friend, choir tonight.
