Grateful the twins got accepted at U.C. Santa Barbara with a track and field scholarship. Now UCLA is recruiting them. I'm so proud of them. They have a 4.0 GPA and are really, really good at discus, hammer, and shot put. They are such humble, sweet kids. I can't believe how big they are and how strong! I was looking a pics of that stuff. It looks tough. Grateful for my niece and nephews and what great kids they are with a lot of challenges.
Grateful I'm going to get my shot in my back today. For some reason I am really nervous and I'm usually not. I hope my blood pressure doesn't get too high. This is a new shot for me. I'm sure my doctor will take care of me, I hope.

Grateful that my colonoscopy is over and no problems were found.

Grateful that though I woke up at 3.15 it wasn't due to alcohol.

Aly, I’m so excited for the twins and for you. SB is a beautiful campus. I almost went there. Went to UCD instead. I hope you are feeling ok today after the shot in your back

Aly - I hope getting your shot goes smoothly & gives you great results. Great news about the twins - they'll no doubt have a wonderful time there.
Lyddie - I loved seeing the moon too - it was shining through closed blinds, it was so bright.
Grateful for another day in which I won't sabotage myself.
Grateful for the bright sun - even though weather is about to deteriorate.
Grateful I get my 2nd shot tomorrow.
Grateful to be able to make plans with a little less trepidation.

Grateful to have gotten both of my vaccine shots and to leap out of the starting box like a greyhound after the rabbit.
Grateful to have gone on a date with Divorcee #1 and to sit in a restaurant for the first time in a year. Grateful #1 picked up the tab. Deserto believes in nothing if not equality.

Grateful to jump back on the health wagon. Slipping on sugar and carbs lately. Need to get rid of potato chips in the house
