CBS, we used to have an owl who nestled right under the eaves outside sonny boys room. We called him Screech. It was so cool to feel like we had our very own pet owl

Grateful that my vertigo and whatever else is going on, is prompting me to make some dietary changes that will be good for my health. Even if it means giving up chocolate 
Grateful for medical help and prescriptions delivered by the pharmacy.

Grateful for a little family birthday party we had for my mom last night, with all her favorites: salmon, salad, and good bread. She and my dad both seemed to have a great time.
Grateful my older son is especially kind towards his grandparents.
Grateful to have the chance to renew some work connections.

Grateful for a good night's sleep.
Grateful for support from my therapist yesterday and her encouragement to rest more.
Grateful for time with grandbaby, never gets old.
Grateful for a beautiful spring day - going to go outside and look at living things instead of stare at screens all day.
Grateful for so many blessings. Not the least of which is sobriety.

Grateful to be back. I got some kind of a bug that has sapped my energy, but I'm so hoping to feel better. I guess there are bugs other than covid 19 out there. I am lucky that I don't have much demanding this week. I need to get over to the pharmacy when I can.
Grateful my mom is doing better too. We both caught this thing. I really don't like seeing her sick as she gets older.
Grateful for the beautiful weather this week. We got some sprinkles last week. They're already talking droughts and conserving water.
Grateful to see Mags.

Grateful for my sobriety.
Grateful that I do this everyday. Even though today is a rough day for me I know it is important to be grateful even when you are having a hard time.
Grateful for SR. It has helped me tremendously. It is so nice to know I am not alone and that there are others suffering from PAWS.
