Morning Gratitude ~ Part 104
Grateful it's not TGIF like in the old days.
Grateful almost all the Christmas chocolate, etc. is gone - starting healthier eating/exercise next week.
Grateful I still have room to grow and mature.
Grateful we are half way through January.
Grateful for all of YOU.

Fearless, thanks — community service is nice. But he landed there after he smashed his school computer intentionally. The school didn’t make him do anything, but I am. He still says he doesn’t regret it and that the computer basically deserved it. So ... um ... work in progress.
Grateful for some extra sack time, to borrow FBL’s terminology.
Grateful that for possibly the first time in recent memory we actually made it through an entire movie as a family. (Well my husband fell asleep for most of it but I’m still counting it because the kids didn’t try to kill one another).
Grateful I have a job now where at least so far a holiday is an actual holiday.
Grateful I have my ipad back! My daughter now uses it for school so harder to post on some weekdays.
Grateful for my friends that live in the computer. To borrow Daisy’s (and others’) terminology.

Grateful for an unexpectedly sunny day
Grateful to be able to get out early and walk
Grateful to be TWELVE weeks bulimia-free today. Yippeee! I've only managed that once before throughout my entire bulima battle!

I’m sorry, Numblady. It’s so hard. My son did the same with his school chrome book a few years ago. He also destroyed the buttons on his iPad. We made him pay for the chrome book and grounded him. I wish we had thought of community service. Next time I guess. Geez, I hope there won’t be a next time.
Grateful Mt F is taking the car in for service and I get to stay in my PJs and drink coffee
Congrats Dev!
Grateful I’m continuing the no Fbomb streak
Grateful for a long weekend, though I’ll need to do a little work on Monday. Nothing major
Grateful to plan a hike and early take out dinner with a friend later
Grateful for a call from the hospice social worker just to check on how I’m doing. Can’t believe it’s been six weeks. Grateful to talk about the final moments of my Dads life since I couldn’t be there (strangely, something that didn’t come up until now) and to picture the peaceful scene, his favorite music playing softly and the chaplain and nurse at his side praying over him. The day before, his BFF was also allowed to visit even though they weren’t normally allowing visitors due to covid. Grateful for the feeling of peace and relief all of this brought me
Grateful to find a low sodium salt substitute that I like.
Grateful I’m still in relatively good shape for my age
Grateful for our circle of friendship

Grateful for a good night's sleep.
Grateful for Fearless sharing about her Dad and the call from hospice. Grateful you found some peace and comfort.
Grateful I got to play with my grandbaby yesterday evening.
Grateful I have a decent job, even though I won't have Monday off because this is our busy season and we don't get the spring holidays.
Grateful I have today off and will have time for exercise and getting outside.

Dev - Happy for your 12 wks. bulemia free.
Numblady - I'm glad the new gig seems like a much better fit.
Fearless - How lovely of the social worker to make that call & give you some comfort.
Grateful I can still fit into my clothes, though they are significantly tighter after the holidays.
Grateful for the hope of getting vaccinated.
Grateful for a burst of energy during which I organized some stuff. I've been lacking motivation.
Grateful for kind people who aren't bossy or judgmental.
Love to everyone on this Saturday - enjoy yourselves however possible.

Grateful for Fearless's reminder that it's always morning somewhere (even though it's 3 p.m. here).
Grateful for Devize's 12 weeks!
Grateful that Numblady is actually taking a holiday.
Grateful for sleeping late this morning.
Grateful that my son is taking in-person SAT classes.
Grateful that my other son has finally caved to my nagging and is applying for a magnet program.
Grateful that my MIL and SIL got their first Covid vaccines.
Grateful for the ridiculously easy baking "recipe" I discovered.
Grateful to be sober.

Grateful for coffee!
Grateful that my husband is taking the kids on a little ski trip, and I get to stay home.
Grateful that my son is the reason they're going.
Grateful I completed some annoying tasks yesterday.
Grateful for a long weekend.
Grateful that my dream about drinking at a college reunion wasn't real - ugh.
