grateful to have gone skiing today, although quite cold on mountain 5 F,
sun mixed with snow
grateful for another day sober, low AV
grateful fiancé made a wonderful lunch
grateful for a warm comfortable apartment
grateful don’t have to work today or tomorrow

Grateful for coffee!
Grateful that we got a tiny bit of snow last night.
Grateful that the kids can sleep in (even if I don't see the point of a delay when the kids aren't at school).
Grateful that I have a relatively low-stress work week.
Grateful that I am constantly learning new things.
Grateful for telework.
Grateful to be sober.

Grateful for the walk on the beach ..but it was real colder than usual because of the high winds......

Grateful for this breezy, chilly, sunny morning
Grateful for my sober friend (former sponsor) who is also my birding expert and helps confirm what bird it was that I saw yesterday in the yard (a chickadee!)
Grateful for the opportunity to weigh and balance 'standing up for myself' versus 'yielding for the benefit of the group purpose' at work. Grateful I hopefully struck a decent balance yesterday.

Grateful to be EIGHT YEARS sober today!!!
Grateful for all the things I've done whilst sober - getting MARRIED, numerous holidays and events - all with a clear head, wonderful memories and no regrets!

Grateful to RZ for being here through so many one days at a time. Your calming presence, the way you were there for sponsee who lost mom (RIP Kathy) while you have so much on your own shoulders, it is all part of the gift of you that you give all of us here every day. Prayers upon prayers going up.

Grateful for the Rain for the next 3 days straight.... hope and pray we don't get too much.... just what is needed for the next few days.....
