RAL, good for you, for working out. It does get easier, saying the person who used work out. I'm happy for you. One of these days I'm going to get back to the gym!
Grateful for ceiling fans. It feels a bit hot today, for me, at least. They say it is supposed to be nice for the next week, with Sat and Sun being the warmest days.
Grateful for my mom.
Grateful for my walk with Luke. Great dog.
Grateful for all of you and the kindness and support shown here.♥♥♥
Love and peace to anyone struggling or suffering tonight.

Grateful for a sober Friday night.
Grateful to Aly for checking up on me, what would I do without her?
Grateful that it hasn't rained today.
Grateful for a sense of humour when I went to the hairdressers and it was the wrong day, I'll have to look like a skunk for another week yet.
Grateful to take my 3 g.children to an old fashioned sweet ( candy) shop after school and treat them.
Grateful to have my 4 year old step granddaughter sleeping over, her little brother is poorly and mummy is heavily pregnant, so I'm grateful I can help.
Grateful to bath her and listen to her having a conversation with the bath toys.
Grateful my mum is well.
Grateful for a telephone conversation with my lovely daughter.
Grateful for an amazing SIL, he is such a good man and a very hands on daddy to my older 2 g.children.
Grateful for Fearless reminding me of those 'special prayers.'
Grateful to love and to be loved.
Grateful to read your posts tonight and grateful for each and every one of the Grat Pack.

Grateful to be home after a nice night with great friends.
Grateful to have seen Downchild Blues Band featuring Dan Aykroyd. They really sounded good.
Grateful for such a beautiful Friday.
Grateful for my neighbors. Some of them are real clowns.

Grateful that although I could hardly get out of bed or walk this morning it was from gym induced pain so good pain. sure it will get easier
Grateful the sun shone all day
Grateful Jr RAL asked me to buy him some new books about WW2. We had a good browse on Amazon and he chose 3. I love reading so much and want him to love it too.
Grateful to have had a relaxing afternoon with Mr RAL
Grateful to be in bed sober in clean sheets.

Grateful Least has found some relief. Dear Least, I hope it is lasting relief! 
Grateful for the things in life I tend to take for granted, my car, a roof over my head, I am safe...
Grateful for a nice walk with Luke. It is supposed to be pretty warm outside this weekend, which it is, but we had a nice walk anyway.

Grateful to remember some of the horrifying times I've had when drinking, as a reminder of why I don't drink anymore.
Grateful to be trying to shake off an uncomfortable mood today, this too will pass.

Grateful that my hometown puts on such a great music fest.
Grateful to be the designated driver so that my friends don't have to pay for Uber.

Grateful for a sober Saturday night.
Grateful for a beautiful sunshiny day.
Grateful to get out in the garden with g.daughter no.1 and step g.daughter and have them both dead heading, the little one with a pair of nail scissors. They had a great time giving my flowers a haircut.
Grateful to watch Lulu cat rolling on the grass in front of us.
Grateful to go to the park with the kiddo's and have a go on the swings myself.
Grateful to hear the sound of children's laughter.
Grateful to love and be loved.
Grateful to be here. x

Grateful to take Luke for a ride in the car with the A/C turned way up. He loved it. We stopped to get some food and a man who worked there gave me a dish full of chicken for Luke, which he loved.
