Grateful for Daisy and her posts! Always love to read them, as with everyone on this thread! ♥
Grateful for a nice day with my mom. We had lunch and did a little bit of shopping. Grateful that I can sometimes get her to go shopping with me but she is getting older and gets tired. I don't really care for shopping (any excuse to stop), so I don't think I look through things well when I'm looking through clothes. Grateful she helps keep me on track!
Grateful to not take my sobriety for granted and it's always ODAAT.
Grateful for all the Grat Packers here and for the really nice posts. xxxooo
Love and peace to anyone struggling or suffering tonight. ♥♥♥

Welcome, Lady!

Grateful for knowledge, because although I am complaining about my work and training lately, I know how fortunate I truly am to have a skill set and the means to provide an income.

Hi Ladyd!
Astro, I’m glad you posted that. I feel the same. I needed that reminder
Aly, I hope your neighbors husband is ok. Both my husband and I have had cancer scans and scares and we have been lucky so far

Grateful for an efficient work day, though I realize I need to be even more efficient since work is picking up. I have a goal to improve!
Grateful for my silly big cat (the one who lost 1/8 lb. He snuck all his sisters food last night though, so we’ll see what happens with weigh in this weekend). In so many ways he makes me laugh, like how he likes to lay on paper or walk across my laptop keyboard, or ask for a belly rub
Grateful for an interesting chat with the landscaper. We always end up with longer conversations than I have time for. It starts with me asking him to prune the Mexican sage a little more. Then he asks if I’d like him to repair a small patio section, which led to talks about a whole new patio with decking and a pergola, to the geology of sinkholes and where these happen, last years fire disaster driving up the cost of wood and construction materials, insurance, global warming, and how rich people manage their money. Whew!
Grateful to come back to reality since we won’t be doing a new deck. Sonny boy said our yard is to higgeldy piggeldy for a nice modern pergola. Lol. Never heard that term
Grateful the smoke I’ve seen last couple days is just from controlled burns and firefighter training drills. Good for them!
Grateful for a nice bath
Grateful I had more time tonight to read, reflect and post about gratitude

It seems that I'm often grateful on Friday that I have so many plans for the weekend ahead. This one is no different, I'm looking forward to it, and I'm so grateful my plans no longer involve alcohol.
