Grateful that Billie is scratching much less already. I am so grateful she's getting some relief. Thank you to my vet.

Also, grateful for Luke's appt with our new vet on Saturday. He is going to get his flu shot. When Canine Flu started here it has been a nightmare. I think he has a lipoma, which will probably need to be removed . They get big so quickly. He needs a refill for some of his meds too. Grateful for Luke's new vet.

Grateful my default stress relief now is to put my earbuds in and turn on a meditation app, and not alcohol
Grateful to be more excited about the opening of a new meditation mindful center than the new restaurant bar in town.

Grateful there have not been any hiccups changing our cell phone and internet/tv service providers. Technology changes always make me anxious. Grateful I’m going to be saving money from this switch
Grateful for hope and the stories of rebuilding and moving into new homes from a couple people I know whose families lost their homes in the No Ca fires
Grateful to look forward to go into the office tomorrow and catch up with a good work buddy. I get more work done from home. Going to the office is more of a social hour. Lol

Grateful to have just gotten home from my ARF shift and it wasn't too badly this time. I will likely be sore tomorrow I just hope it doesn't last too long. It feels good to be tired from doing physical work.
I was putting away cat toys and there were three kittens in there and their eyes lit up at the toys. I had a huge box and gave the kittens a bunch of toys and they loved them. They were so cute.
Grateful for my over all good health, I think. Lol.

Grateful that Billie's steroid shot yesterday has taken effect and she's no longer scratching. I'm giving her the cephalexin twice a day and she's taking the pills with no problem.

Grateful that our heat wave will only last a couple more days and then we get a break.
