Astro, I miss riding my mountain bike as it won't stop raining here.
Fearless, I agree about not feeling alone or judged.
dpac, warm summer nights with the windows wide open, sweet.
Grateful that my neighbor gave me a ton of flowers to plant.
Grateful that I was able to meet my neighbors 6 week old puppy.
Grateful that this Sunday was a casual neighborly afternoon.
Grateful that I was able to speak to my son.
Grateful that you all are here. Have a great evening.

Aly, glad you got a good walk in. It’s such good exercise even for back problems (maybe especially for). I’m sorry you are in pain though 
Fighton, my husband and I used to mountain bike all the time. We used to live in an area where it was convenient to just walk out the door and ride up the mountain. Come to think of it, we live near a different mountain now and it would be just as easy, especially now that our son is older. So I don’t even know what I’m talking about. Lol
Speaking of mountains, grateful to go for a hike yesterday with a friend. Even though it was pretty scary, I am also grateful we saw a mountain lion. What an experience! My first sighting ever, and hopefully the last. Grateful he or she was far enough away and walking the opposite direction so we turned to go back a different route before he/she saw us. Grateful we were close enough to my neighborhood toward the end of the hike and grateful nothing horrifying happened.
Grateful there are other ways to stay in shape and see beauty other than hiking, because I will not be doing that again for a while
Grateful to have good neighbors and discuss homeowner problems and solutions like dry rot, and woodpeckers, and contractor recommendations to fix things
Grateful to have lunch with some good friends and catch up. Grateful I was not tempted to drink when they ordered their wine. everyone pretty much knows me as a nondrinker now so I do not feel uncomfortable in the least bit
Grateful to remember this saying: there is a solution to everything; sometimes the solution is to change your expectations.
Grateful to sit on the front porch with a cup of tea and watch the sun go down
Grateful for all of you and our sober journey together

Grateful to be going into the evening sober.
Grateful for the Warriors win last night!
Grateful to be seeing my regular Doctor tomorrow. She's been pretty nice and I like her better that the 3 others that I had and got rid of. I have a lot to talk to her about, since my ortho doctor cancelled my appt tomorrow. I have to get some labs too. I am praying that things go well.
Grateful for my longer walk with Luke today. I'm pushing myself to do this. I just won't accept that there is not much they can do for me!!!
Grateful my twin nephews are graduating high school tomorrow. Grateful for my beautiful niece and 3 handsome nephews. They are wonderful kids, going through kind of a tough time at home. ♥♥♥

Fearless, I love animals but I am glad that I do not have to worry about mountain lions.

Grateful that I am back on day shift at work. 4 am is quite early but it is better than bouncing around.

Grateful for my cat
Besides Billie, I have three cats; Lily, Zippy, and Franny. They all get along well.Tonight I'm grateful for another day with Billie and several walks.

Grateful to be home after a long day.
