Grateful to have calmed down after receiving a text message from my Narcissistic son rudely telling me he wouldn't be home for me to drop his son off to him tonight, no explanation, no apology, no enquiry as to whether I had any plans. I'm sorry to ramble on, he's my biggest trigger and I needed to get it off my chest.
