Grateful to be winding down a day that I thought would be nice, but ultimately was terrible, mostly due to my crazy family. Grateful this has not triggered me to drink.
Grateful to be sober.
Grateful for my SR friends and for all of you. A prayer for anyone struggling.♥♥♥

I'm so grateful to be here with you and the others here.
My adult son... He is a true Narcissist and highly abusive towards me in particular. He sent me a lovely message this morning telling me that he hopes I die soon!! I cope with the abuse much better now than when I was drinking but sometimes I get a little overwhelmed. His 9 year old son practically lives with me and my son resents me for that.
Grateful, so very grateful to have found the grats threads and the lovely people who post on them. Thank you. xxx

Grateful to have a warm house, the weather out there is atrocious.
Grateful for a chicken dinner.
Grateful to make my husbands packed lunch to save time in the morning.
Grateful to take my mum to play Bingo.
Grateful for a lovely bath.
Grateful to post here.

Thanks Aly, Fearless and Daisy. Sorry about your family stuff Daisy but great you have your grandson and are sober to deal with any issues that arise.
Grateful to have had sunshine today. A beautiful spring day.

Grateful for coworkers who understand and support each other.

Grateful my husband is able to get a good amount of time off this summer for family vacations
Grateful that I am able to see the positive side of everything when I remain sober.
Grateful to be going to bed early tonight. Still adjusting to the time change.

Grateful I have a great landlady and a clean room to sleep in.
Grateful I have the landlady‘s kitty cat to cuddle with me and to keep me company
Grateful that when I look out the kitchen window I have a beautiful space to see of a great mountain plateau called the grand Mesa
Grateful that I was able to take a walk just five minutes car ride with a view such as I had in this picture below
Grateful that I was taught how to post a picture in SR
Grateful that I’m working for a wonderful hospital and I have a great job that I prosper in

Grateful to be home, safe and not out being unsafe when I drink.
Grateful to have my 17 year old dog still with me, who can run laps around the house like a puppy.

Grateful for a nap this afternoon. I have to drive my mom somewhere and pick her up kind of late tonight, so a nap is a good thing. 
Grateful for a nice lunch out today, Japanese and some sushi. Yum.
