Grateful to be strong and able enough to hike. If I manage to get myself organized, I should be leaving shortly for a good uphill climb. Looking forward to the mental peace that comes with exertion and being outside.

Just found this thread!
Today, I am grateful....
I am grateful I spent three hrs at my main meeting clubhouse, between time with my sponsor, part of a mtg and visiting with people after.
I am grateful that I stopped to think about what I was doing after and decided on a sensible lunch (in keeping with a revised focus on eating and paying closer attention to HALT signals).
I am (soooo) grateful I have Dad's car for a whole week!!! Makes my life, time, activities, plans evvvverrrything so great.
I am grateful to watch recorded shows from 4 or 5 wks into my sobriety (I am at 111 days) and realize I was sober the first time, but still fuzzy and only remember parts, and now all is so clear!
I am grateful to spend time with a good friend tonight.

- Grateful for the slow reduction in weight - it is moving in the right direction.
- Grateful the new food choices are making my body and mind feel better.
- Grateful for the excellent work a new contractor did for me.
- Grateful to have no set agenda today, but plan to make progress.
- Grateful to have everything in my house and garden to live comfortably.
- Grateful for all of you.

Grateful the sun was shining and the birds were singing this morning on my walk to the gym. Felt so good to be outside after working all weekend!
Grateful our local station has been rebroadcasting the Pride parade all week & highlighting the LGBT community. After hearing the horrific news about the mass shooting yesterday morning at work, so glad to come home & watch the parade as well as seeing what is happening in our city to support LGBT.

- Grateful for another day to make progress - even if it's an itsy-bitsy step.
- Grateful to enjoy the stillness of the morning while everyone else in the house is safe and sound asleep.
- Grateful for the beautiful potted plants that are blooming like crazy on my desk.
- Grateful my mind has been feeling exceptionally focused, positive and in the zone for learning and growing.
- Grateful to be free of obsessive, repetitious tasks and thoughts.
- Grateful for never giving up to reach this stage.
- Grateful for all of you.
