- Grateful to get up extra early and get an hour of house related stuff completed before work begins.
- Grateful for a variety of different things to keep me happy and content.
- Grateful for diversity in life - it would be horrible without it.
- Grateful to have the house to myself today to get stuff completed in my business in peace and quiet. It is just so soothing to my brain. :-)
- Grateful to pack hubby a healthy lunch before he left for work.
- Grateful not to be frustrated with anything this morning - living in the moment has it's rewards.
- Grateful our sick chicken is eating and drinking.
- Grateful for the sunshine and a small rain fall in the forecast.
- Grateful for all of you.

Grateful to sleep in this AM.
Grateful for my eggs/sausage/decaf coffee.
Grateful that I finally have the house to myself.
Grateful for the alone time & peace & quiet.
Grateful to be sitting here listening to the wind & my wind chimes.
Grateful that I am able to calm my anxious feelings down since 2 annoying peeps left the house.
Grateful for Deep slow Breathing.
Grateful for SR.

Morning all.
Grateful that it is Friday 5 days sober and grateful for being completely in tune with my toddlers needs, when I was getting loads of kisses and cuddles this morning!!! Will take lots more of that thank you

Welcome and congratulations on 5 days sober Darlene!
- Grateful for the bonding time I spent with my youngest daughter while out for a walk.
- Grateful we found our bunny; we lost him for about 18 hours in the acreage.
- Grateful to see the expression on my daughter's face when he came back to his food and water this afternoon. She was a happy little person. :-)
- Grateful for the peaceful time spent in the garden this morning.
- Grateful to get all my errands completed around town.
- Grateful for a big pitcher of Just Peachy iced tea - no sugar.
- Grateful to pick up the stuff at the store to make Kimchi - fermented vegetables.
- Grateful for Pinterest to find all kinds of recipes.
- Grateful to get my business taxes ready to take the accountand - dread this job - but it is done. :-)
- Grateful for progress - even if it is at a snail's pace.
- Grateful to be jumping in a hot bath with Epson salts and then keeping the couch in place.
- Grateful for all of you.

Grateful for the mostly peaceful vacation that I have had with my mother. Several other family members arrive late today so while the vacation may continue to be good, it probably won't be as peaceful - lol!
