Grateful I'm slowly getting the message that I must take care of myself first before I'm any good to others. Exercising regularly now, eating healthy for the most part; will work on getting more sleep with these crazy shifts switching from nights to days all the time!

Grateful for the plans this evening to meet a friend for coffee, then out with my social group to take in a special movie for St. Patrick's day. Glad there's another option tonight other then going out to an Irish pub .

Grateful the ice is almost all gone from the sidewalks & trails. Makes going for walks/hikes much easier.
