Grateful for the brilliant sunshine today after mostly cloudy days this week. Even though the temperature is the same, feels much warmer outside!

Grateful I'm becoming much more comfortable at the gym when I go - don't feel so awkward & out of place there like I did in the fall.

Grateful my RAD has been more independent this week & has been taking the bus to work. Nice to see progress in this area.
