Grateful to have a few days off work & to be back here on SR.
Grateful for the all clear I received on my test results at the Dr's yesterday. Especially grateful for my health today & that I'm able to work out at the gym. Exercise is the best stress reliever!
Grateful my RAD has moved out of her inner-city apartment to a much better area. Had to go by her old place to pick up some mail for her, so glad she's out of that place.

Make is short.. get it done and make another one.
The long crazy, out-of-control list overwhelms me. :-)
- Grateful for a sober Saturday which has the promise of being spectacular and sunny.
- Grateful for thinking before doing to result in more positive outcomes.
- Grateful for understanding listening to others before responding helps immensely.
- Grateful the geese are back in town, meaning they believe Spring is here.
- Grateful for having a small to-do list on this quiet Saturday.
- Grateful to know my intentions of not picking up will not waver.
- Grateful for the love and contentment of sobriety on the weekend and every day.
- Grateful for all of you.
Grateful I can laugh at my sickness.
My list is part of my general insanity. My shrink thinks it's hyper-compensated ADHD. I have a spreadsheet that monitors my life back to 1963 and forward to 2019. I check it dozens of times daily. It tells me when to eat breakfast & how much time I can spend. (I have 5 minutes today, in 1/2 an hour, and I'm probably running late because I'm writing this now!)
Grateful I can laugh at my sickness.

I, too, laugh at my mental challenges. It helps me get through the days.
Would love to see that spreadsheet... it sounds out of control. :-)
As I was sitting in meditation this morning I was overcome by a feeling that what I want most in life now is to be of service to others, that this is the ultimate purpose. As a selfish only child, I am most grateful for that . Everyone have a great day!
Goodmorning
Grateful to wake up 301 days sober & not realize such a pretty number yesterday
Grateful to have become myself again...i missed me
Grateful for the heavy rains overnight, nature put me to sleep
Grateful for this new week ahead..more changes..more growth..more surprises
