Grateful to my vet for giving Franny a free nail trim for her birthday.

Grateful to have a haircut scheduled for later on. Grateful for a good dog walk on a warm day.

Grateful for healing foods, teas, juice and coffee.
Grateful for the peace my brain has been experiencing for many consecutive days.
Grateful for the love of sobriety, recovery, healing and learning daily.
Grateful for understanding the importance of having and using strong coping skills.
Grateful for a silent room to meditate without interruption.

Grateful my morning started early because I couldn't sleep not because I was going through withdrawals.
Grateful for a 3:00 a.m. morning detox tea and wildflower honey.
Grateful for choices.
Grateful to enjoy the peace of the morning and know everyone is safe in the house.
Grateful to look forward to getting a few more things crossed off the to-do list.
