Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful that I am sober 💜
2. I am grateful for my husband's understanding that I was not feeling great emotionally today and that I needed to be on my own 💞
3. I am grateful to my husband for doing the washing up 🍴 🍵 💧
4. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to make more of tomorrow 🌄
5. I am grateful that 'this too shall pass' 💜
1. I am grateful that I am sober 💜

Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful for the reminder of the positive choices I am now making when a friend called me this afternoon...and whilst she called as I was getting ready to go for a run, she was drinking wine 💜
2. I am grateful that despite feeling low I went for a run, cooked a large batch of chilli and did the laundry...when all I wanted to do was hide away in bed 🏃🌶👖👕
3. I am grateful that I made the choice not to have a takeaway today 🍔🍟🍕
4. I am grateful that I am sober today 💜
5. I am grateful for Netflix as it has kept me occupied over the weekend 🎬

1. I am grateful for the giggles I just experienced...laughing is contagious 😂😂😂

1. I am grateful to my husband for fixing my fitbit which had stopped syncing with my phone 📱
2. I am grateful that my husband and I were able to go out for a lovely dinner together 🌮🌶🌯🌵

4. I am grateful that I have been able to sign up to a 21 day version of the 90 day health challenge that I completed earlier in the year 💓

Today I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful that after indulging over the bank holiday weekend I have been able to eat healthy and nutritious food today, drink plenty of water and cleansing herbal teas 🍉🌽🍅🍊
2. I am grateful to come home to a clean house 🏡
3. I am grateful for the opportunity I had this evening to do some healing journey work, despite the difficult memories, feelings and issues it has raised. However, I will now be able to work through these buried experiences and heal with the support of my therapist 💜
4. I am grateful that I felt confident today 😎
5. I am grateful that my worrying over the weekend about an anticipated issue at work was unfounded 😥 (phew)

Today (and yesterday) I am grateful for...
1. I am grateful for yesterday's shopping trip with my husband and mother in law to get our outfits for our Nikah celebration 🕌
2. I am grateful to have started day 1 of my 21 day health challenge...and I am further grateful that I weighed 3 lbs less than when I finished the last challenge in May 🎉🎉🎉
3. I am grateful that with the help of my therapist I am working through some painful, deep-seated issues that will help my recovery and healing 💜
4. I am grateful for the restful night's sleep I intend to have tonight 😪
1. I am grateful for yesterday's shopping trip with my husband and mother in law to get our outfits for our Nikah celebration 🕌
